Mobile service, confirmed for your situation
Apex accepts service requests 24/7 for mobile EV roadside charging in Murrieta, Temecula and Menifee. Nearby coverage includes French Valley, Winchester, Wildomar and Lake Elsinore, subject to location and dispatch availability. This is a mobile service; the website does not list a customer walk-in location.
Before dispatch, Apex checks your vehicle, reported condition, location, safe access and crew availability. Emergency charging is intended to help an eligible vehicle reach a conventional charging station or safe destination. It does not guarantee a full charge, a specific range, or repair of a vehicle fault.
Clear pricing before dispatch
The emergency EV rescue base price is $179, including travel within 25 one-way miles of the Murrieta service base. Additional one-way mileage is $4 per mile. Extended on-site charging is $75 per additional hour. A 12V battery jump-start is $89, with testing included. Standalone battery testing is $49. Standard accessible 12V battery replacement is planned at $129 labor plus the battery, with testing included; replacement and fuel delivery ($85 plus fuel) are not yet available for booking. Dispatch between 10 PM and 6 AM adds $50. Apex confirms the applicable service and final total before dispatch.
See all pricing and conditions, the EV roadside guide, or referral information. A request does not guarantee dispatch. Call 911 first if there is an immediate hazard.
