Information you send
The Request Service form sends the contact, vehicle, location and message details you enter to Apex EV Rescue, operated by Apex Ops Group LLC, through HubSpot. Apex uses those details to review your request, contact you and coordinate confirmed service.
The form asks for your name, callback number, email, vehicle year/make/model, street address, city, state/region and battery or dashboard message. Share only information needed for the roadside request. This form does not collect payment; do not enter payment-card details, passwords or unrelated sensitive information.
We also receive the service you select and the language associated with your request so we can review and respond appropriately.
Services that load on this website
HubSpot provides the service form. Google Maps loads when you choose to open the interactive map. Google Tag Manager loads the site's configured tracking tags. These services may receive technical information, such as your browser and network information, when they load, and may use cookies under their own policies. Google tags are asked to keep advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization disabled by default.

Service and payment transparency
